Dr. Carol Cohen, Ph.D., M.Div., is a minister who used to work as a psychologist and licensed marriage and family counselor. She served as a professor at Providence Seminary in Winnipeg, Canada and worked many years in private practice. She is now in full-time ministry with her husband Rafi, through RAPHA-EL and Healing for the Nations. Carol has written and taught extensively on healing and restoration of broken hearts and lives. She ministers wholeness to God’s people and has seen thousands set free from mental torment, sickness, and bondage, and healed in deep areas of their lives. She calls people to come into God’s order and take their place in the Body and Army of God released in their giftedness and calling. God uses Carol to do national spiritual warfare conferences and to activate men and women in the power of the Holy Spirit.
